The trainer was knowledgeable, energetic, positive and took the time to answer all questions. He was also flexible and could easily switch and adapt to our different levels and experience, especially in terms of Excel knowledge. However, I would not recommend this training to people without some basic Excel knowledge.
The pace is too fast for this, which can probably be whispery for them.

Build even more “reports” based on reports that already exist with a hickup. This so that the participants understand even better the mechanics of where the data comes from and how this leads to building the reports.
The basic skills are well explained and will make people's work easier.
